Job DescriptionBRUH ENTERTAINMENT is looking for dynamic professionals who are highly motivated to be involved in an ambitious and innovative project in Ethiopia.
Bruh Entertainment PLC is the distributor of CANAL+ products in Ethiopia and will play a critical role in executing the CANAL+ project to bring a new pay-tv product of 80+ television channels to Ethiopian consumers.
The CANAL+ Group is a pay-tv broadcaster based in France with almost 20 million subscribers in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. CANAL+ is operating in more than 25 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and has announced its entry into Ethiopia a top strategic priority.
The CANAL+ offering will include a vast library of international and Amharic content developed by and for Ethiopians. With your help, Bruh Entertainment will bring this new product to Ethiopian households by building a sales network throughout the country.
Under the responsibility of the Sales project Manager/ Sales Director, the Area Sales Manager oversees the turnover development of his allocated area.
Duties
Business development/ Develop the distribution network
Define appropriate location to the implementation of shops
Find new local dealer & ensure the success of the new partnership
Find new sub-dealers, train them on our product and on our sales system
Performance monitoring of the allocated area
Set targets for the area and individual targets for direct (own showrooms) and indirect (dealers and sub-dealers) network
Follow the main KPIs daily (number of new sales, renewal rate, ARPU), with particular attention to the
direct network.
Conduct regular data and market analysis to define corresponding actions plans
Commercial Animation
Convey the company commercial strategy/policy to the team (through sales tools, sales speech, regular meetings…)
Actively take part in the setting-up of sales activations/events in the area
Management
Take part in the recruitment of the team members
Evaluate the Store Managers and D2D Managers
Lead collective and individual training/coaching
Organization / Administration
Workforce management in both direct and indirect network
Ensure that processes (finance, logistics, …) are known, mastered and applied by all
Contribute to monitoring the dealers debt
Job Requirements
4 years’ experience as Sales manager
Strong management experience
Strong experience in developing distribution networks
Ability to manage a large and diverse distribution networks
Ability to develop team members’ skills
Good English level, Language speaks in the area mandatory, French will be a plus
Required Profile
BA in Marketing Management, Management, Business Administration and related fields
Business-oriented and results-driven
Keen to work in a fast-moving environment
Sense of autonomy and responsibility
Leadership to manage efficiently the team and inject energy into others
Good interpersonal skills / team spirit
Reactivity and pragmatism
Ability to adapt and be on the look-out for new ideas
Willingness to be multi tasks, even more during the launch phase of the activity
Mobility through the country must be expected
