Job Description

  • BRUH ENTERTAINMENT is looking for dynamic professionals who are highly motivated to be involved in an ambitious and innovative project in Ethiopia.

  • Bruh Entertainment PLC is the distributor of CANAL+ products in Ethiopia and will play a critical role in executing the CANAL+ project to bring a new pay-tv product of 80+ television channels to Ethiopian consumers.

  • The CANAL+ Group is a pay-tv broadcaster based in France with almost 20 million subscribers in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean.

  • CANAL+ is operating in more than 25 countries in Sub Saharan Africa and has announced it offers in Ethiopia a top strategic priority.

  • The CANAL+ offering will include a vast library of international and Amharic content developed by and for Ethiopians. With your help, Bruh Entertainment will bring this new product to Ethiopian households by building a sales network throughout the country.

  • Under the responsibility of the Sales Area Manager, the Outdoor Team Leader oversees the turnover development of his allocated team.

    Duties

    Management of a team of sales reps from Agency

  • Daily briefing and weekly meetings

  • Follow-up of individual
  • performances/achievements and coaching

  • Follow-up of variable bonuses

  • Schedule/planning management with previous experience

    Daily follow-up of the KPIs

  • Daily analysis of the staff performance/KPI and report to the ASM

  • Suggest corresponding
    business actions and sales activations/events

    Convey and spread the company commercial strategy/policy

  • Set-up and follow-up of sales activations to boost the Dealer performances

  • Ensure merchandising guidelines are applied

  • Ensure the sales speech/standards are mastered and applied

    Operational Management

  • Ensure processes are understood and applied (finance, logistics…)

  • Stock and cash management/control

  • Ensure the maintenance of the sales tools POSM/device/equipment is done

  • Manages inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use
    and sales, and advising management on ordering where necessary

  • Monitoring and reporting at outdoor activities (flyer dispatch, any other activities…)

  • Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training

  • Ensure to make Business trip when needed

    Expertise

  • Management experience of a B2C sales team

  • Ability to develop team members’ skills

  • Excellent knowledge of B2C sales
  • speech/technics

  • Computer skills

  • Good English level, Language speaks in the area mandatory,
