Brookhill Projects Construction Site Manager Jobs in Kenya; What You’ll Do: Oversee on-site operations, manage daily construction activities, and ensure safety and compliance standards are upheld. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact between site workers, contractors, and project managers.

You Are: A natural leader with exceptional communication skills, able to give clear instructions, resolve on-site issues promptly, and keep the team motivated. You ensure everyone is informed and aligned, from workers to upper management.

Key Responsibilities

Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers.

Reviews objectives to determine the success of projects and operations.

Develops, modifies, and executes construction policies that affect immediate operations and may have company-wide effects.

Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.

Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution

of the planning, design, and/or construction management activities and personnel under the individual direction on a day-to-day basis.

Key Requirements

Minimum four(4) years experience in a managerial or supervisory position

Proven working experience handling projects through a complete life cycle.

Proven management experience in concurrently running projects and teams.

Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods

Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
