Main purpose of job:

To ensure staff and properties are kept safe.

Roles and responsibilities

Carry out all construction and renovation work in the Post, which include demolition works, reconstruction works and new constructions.

Carry out all tiling works including the skill of carpet tiling.

Break and remove hard concrete and walls.

Cut out all chases during renovations, constructions and routine maintenance

Quantify and estimate materials for and after every job.

Mount scaffolds properly to carry out works as required.

Operate power hand tools and equipment

May be required to drive the team vehicle.

Any other related duties

Essential qualifications, skills and experience

Experience in masonry

Experience in tiling

Desirable qualifications, skills and experience

Driving licence B-E
