Duties and Responsibilities

  • Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.

  • Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.

  • Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.

  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.

  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments.

  • Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe

  • Handle guest complaints with professionalism and patience, resolving issues to the guest’s satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.

    Key Requirement Skills and Qualification

  • Diploma or certificate in food and beverage.

  • Two years of experience in a busy restaurant.

  • Attentiveness and patience for customers

  • Excellent presentation skills
