Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality of work, and ensure adherence to design specifications.

  • Make recommendations for materials to use and safety measures to take.

  • Perform structural analysis to ensure the integrity and stability of designs, utilizing industry-standard software and techniques.

  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including design calculations, specifications, and reports.

  • Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers.

  • Administer contracts and manage projects.

  • Implement and adhere to quality assurance and control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Use computer-aided design technology for simulation purposes.

    Key Requirement Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a structural engineering role within a manufacturing company.

  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and construction practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
