Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality of work, and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Make recommendations for materials to use and safety measures to take.

Perform structural analysis to ensure the integrity and stability of designs, utilizing industry-standard software and techniques.

Prepare and review technical documentation, including design calculations, specifications, and reports.

Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers.

Administer contracts and manage projects.

Implement and adhere to quality assurance and control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Use computer-aided design technology for simulation purposes.

Key Requirement Skills and Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a structural engineering role within a manufacturing company.

Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and construction practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
