Ensure the proper use of adhesives and techniques to achieve long-lasting, comfortable, and natural-looking results.

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any concerns about lash extensions.

Provide professional advice on lash care, maintenance, and aftercare to enhance the longevity of the extensions.

Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and sterilizing tools and equipment.

Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the well-being of clients and the technician.

Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients.

Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.

Key Requirement Skills and Qualification

Proven experience as a Lash Technician or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of lash styles and techniques.

Expertise in lash extension application, including classic, volume, and hybrid techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and precision in lash placement.

Strong communication skills and ability to provide personalized client consultations.
