Job Purpose

The role is to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Job Responsibilities

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for online marketing.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend trends that will grow brand visibility.

Design various company artworks and publish the same as approved.

Ensure the company website is always updated with approved communications.

Prepare marketing

budgets and requisition for approvals

Any other assigned duties.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.

Certificate in Digital Marketing.

Experience as a graphic designer/Canva designer certification is an added advantage.

5 Years of work experience working experience as a digital Marketer.

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
