Position: Product Development Supervisor

Job Description/Responsibilities:
Major Responsibilities
Undertake the development of new or refined product concepts and proposals and prepare Pilot test/Roll out protocols.
Participate in the implementation of new products Pilot Test and Roll out protocols for new products and services, and monitor progress in their implementation of the protocols.
Prepare product performance monitoring reports for the financial products and services and take minutes of the Product Development Committee (PDC) meetings.
Prepare and provide updated information on the Bank’s product & services to stakeholders taking into account new additions relating to specific product and service features, benefits and requirements.
Participate in training and or sensitizing staff on financial products and services, and prepare product FAQs and Answer write-ups.
Participate in conducting risk assessments on new financial products and services and making updates to the Business Development and Strategy Department’s Risk Register.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Entrepreneurship and Quantitative Economics
Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years of working as a supervisor, 3 of which must be directly involving product development and research in banking institutions, credit
institutions or MDIs
Additional Job Requirements:
Good analytical, good communication and presentation skills, and Microsoft office user skills for MS word, excel PowerPoint and projects.
