Position: Corporate Strategy Manager.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
Major Responsibilities
Spearheading the Vision: Ensuring that the Vision is well understood by all
Strategy Definition: Putting together crucial pieces of information from various internal and external sources in order to develop strategic options that guide management in defining the company strategy.
Strategic Planning: Supporting the strategic planning process to ensure that this process is timely, focused, and value adding.
Strategic Performance Management: Supporting the development and management of the business’s KPI infrastructure in order to facilitate/monthly/quarterly/annual analysis and reporting of performance against plans and budgets as well as strategic objectives.
Strategic Risk Management: Developing a strategic threat identification and evaluation processes as well as overseeing their adoption across the business.
Develops different possible scenarios for the mitigation of possible risks and provides recommendations for the management of these scenarios.
Strategy Coach: Playing the role of a strategy coach to all departmental leadership within the business, providing much needed support in the formulation of individual department strategies.
The Strategy Manager owns strategic plans and ensures compliance with these strategies.
Strategy Management. Reviewing, managing, and analyzing existing business strategies in order to provide council to the business’s leadership and ensure alignment with the business’s overall strategy.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Business related
field/ Economics, Statistics.
Experience Requirements:
1 year of working experience in a corporate strategy position within a dynamic business environment, preferably as support personnel for the Strategy Manager.
Additional Job Requirements:
Good analytical skills, excellent communication and knowledge of MS Office.
