Job Description

Corresponding with clients regarding tour enquiries.

Itinerary planning and making cost calculations.

Preparing detailed itineraries.

Making reservations for accommodation and flights for confirmed tours.

Planning transport, drivers, escort guides, chefs, etc for upcoming tours.

Informing agents about required services for upcoming tours.

Monitoring progress of tours and collecting feedback.

Incidentally meet and greet clients.

Job Requirements

Degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, business or relevant field.

At least 2-3 years working experience as a tour operator/ travel consultant.

Excellent computer literacy, advanced knowledge of Microsoft office.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and in a team of diverse backgrounds.

Excellent communication, organizational, people management and analytical skills.

Strong commitment to the company and its values.

Candidates with travel experience within

Ethiopia will be preferred.
