Book Publishing Science Editor - Biology and Chemistry Jobs in Kenya

Job Details

One of the leading educational book publishing firms, operating in the East African market, wishes to fill the following senior position;

Science Editor

The job holder will be responsible for commissioning authors, editing publications as well as monitoring market and consumer trends to determine priority areas of product development. .

Job holders' Profile:

• Holder of a Bachelor of Education degree (minimum Upper 2nd), specialising in Biology and Chemistry. A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.

• At least 2 years’ experience in teaching with a proven track record of high performance and impressive results delivery.

• Experience in writing or editing educational books is an added advantage.

• Unmistakable team player with the ability to network effectively and plan and execute projects out of the box".
