The successful candidate will be required:

• To co-ordinate & manage all customer related clearance activities in conjunction with various sections of the department (i.e. Documentation, Customs clearance, Shipping, Accounts Administration etc.)

• To improve, develop an efficient and effective level of service delivery to existing and new clients as per agreed SOPs & KPI’s

• To review all sets of new documents received to ensure that valid quotations plus certificated from concerned regulatory bodies are in place to effect file validation

• To review daily customer reports with the respective operator to ensure timely and accurate date capturing on PEGASUS

• To review suppliers Invoices (i.e. transporters/demurrage etc.) before HOD approval.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma in Transport & Logistics/Clearing and Forwarding Qualification will be an added advantage, with at least five (5) years’ experience in Clearing & Forwarding Logistics Industry and must be result driven and possess excellent leadership qualities.

He/She will report directly to the Logistics Manager.
