Job Summary

Overall responsibility in ensuring quality, efficient andproactive human resource support services for the team.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Management.

Employee Separation Management. Disciplinary Management.

Leave Management.

Ensure full implementation on the HRMS in all HR functions.

Support in the implementation of change management processes.

HR Analytics and reporting of HR related data for all business units.

HR Help desk: Provide support to employees in various HR related issues.

Effectively manage all employee life cycle transactions.

Any other duty as assigned from time to time.

Key Performance Indicators

Smooth payroll and locum process - Regular submission to payroll for both locum and permanent by 19th of every month.

Ensure all staff clear within a week and the same is submitted to payroll.

Ensure all separations are exited from HRMS within 2 days.

Ensure Full and final payment are done within 30 days from clearance date.

Ensure Quality team gets 100% support as and when required and within the set timelines.

Support Quality team in EMR and Customer service audits and ensure timely (2 weeks) and effective. closure

of any cases arising from the same.

85% leave utilization by end of Dec 24.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors' degree in Human Resource Management or any other equivalent.

Member of Institute of Human Resource Management.

2+ years of HR Generalist experience.

Technical skills/Leadership competencies

Exceptional organizational and communication skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.

Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.

An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial.
