Job Description

Provides occupational health services in accordance with company policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations to achieve the desired goals and objectives.

Responsible for providing basic first aid, evaluating an employee’s health and providing initial diagnosis on medical conditions, maintaining employee health records, as well as appraising the safety and health hazards in the work environment.

Provide specialist advice to staff and their line managers during periods of ill health and / or sickness absence, along with detailed medical reports.

Initiate safety processes in the overall well-being of employees at a workplace setting.

Observe and inspect the work area and equipment used by personnel for safety compliance, generates detailed reports on safety conditions, educates employees to detect potential hazards.

Organize and schedule periodical clinical check on employees.

To promote good working relationships and effective communication with colleagues hospital departments and external bodies.

Job Requirements

B.sc Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

For BSc holders zero to two years of experience & for diploma 2 years & above is required.
