Job Description

Accept and register all customers service request.

Ensure samples are received within the scope of the laboratory analysis.

Handle samples according to the organization sample handling procedure and store counter sample for retest purpose.

Forwarding of request and samples to the Customer service department of the organization after decoding.

Receipt test result and prepare test reports based on the company test report format.

Notify, communicate and transfer test results to customers based on agreed terms and condition.

Maintain all quality records and supervise all customer requests.

Enters service sales into cash register or cash receipt.

Deposit all cheeks & collected cash immediately in the Company’s bank account agents receipts.

Submit the collected cash deposit slip & complete sales information.

Keep records & provides accurate, valid & complete sales information.

Responsible for all cash registration activities.


Job Requirements

B.sc Degree in Food Science (food technology, applied Biology, applied Chemistry)

Good knowledge of computer operation and documentation is mandatory.

Excellent cash handling & communication skill required.

Experience on cash registration activities is preferable.
