Biyinzika Poultry International Internal Audit Managers Jobs in Uganda



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop internal audit scope and audit plans for submission and approval by the audit committee.

  • Perform risk assessment on key business activities and using this information to guide what should be covered in audits.

  • Document processes and prepare audit findings report.

  • Evaluate internal controls, identify loopholes, and recommend improvements/enhancements to internal controls.

  • Identify short falls or gaps in policies, processes and procedures.

  • Present internal audit report to the audit committee on a quarterly basis.

  • Investigate fraud.

  • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement

    Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration

  • Professional: ACCA/CPA Level 3

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in external or internal audit

    Knowledge & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of accounting and financial processes and procedures.

  • Excellent analyzing and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to work effectively as a team.

  • Interpersonal skills.

  • Communication skills.

  • Excellent reporting and recording skills.
