Biomedical Science Scholarships

Can l get information on how to get access to scholarships for studies in MPhil/PhD courses in the biomedical science related fields, like Hematology, malaria microscopy,or biomedical sciences in general. I have a first degree in Medical Laboratory technology with second class upper honours from KNUST, Ghana.
