Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Chemical Engineer to join our team at Biofil Technologies Nigeria Limited. As a Chemical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative environmental management and renewable energy solutions.

You will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing chemical processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analyze data to develop and optimize chemical processes for environmental management and renewable energy projects.

  • Design, develop, and evaluate equipment and systems for chemical processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all chemical engineering activities.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot chemical processes to identify and resolve issues.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed projects.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in chemical engineering.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

  • 3-4 years experience as a Chemical Engineer or in a similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of chemical engineering principles, processes, and equipment.

  • Familiarity with environmental management practices and renewable energy technologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in process simulation software and engineering tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

    Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in Chemical Engineering (e.g., registered engineer) is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a
    related field is a plus.
