BIMAS Legal Assistant and Insurance Intern Jobs in Embu, Kenya

BIMAS Kenya Limited, a leading microfinance institution in the country seeks to recruit capable and result oriented individuals to fill the following positions.

Duty Station: Head Office in Embu

Reporting to the: Legal Manager

Responsibilities

Handle Logbook transfers and release on the NTSA portal

Securities perfection and due diligence process

Contract drafting and management and ensure they comply with the law

Maintain a register of agreements and contracts entered into

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Should be 25 years and above

Be a holder of at least a diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law

Have a minimum of grade C plain at KCSE

Have at least 1 years relevant experience as a paralegal

Ability to interact and work with the NTSA portal

Prior experience with security perfections and contract management will have an added advantage

Hold a valid certificate of good conduct ( mandatory)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A person of integrity and can work with minimum supervision

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance

Have attained a Minimum of C plain at KCSE

Be at least 23 years and above .
