Bidii Credit Limited Regional Manager Jobs in Kenya

Reporting to the General Manager, the Regional Manager will oversee operations in multiple branches making up a region.

You will oversee market and product penetration, operational support, and resourcing in your designated region to ensure branches run profitably.

Education and Experience

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Diploma holders will be considered

More than 5 years’ experience as a branch or unit leader in financial services industry or insurance

Ability to train and manage a large and geographically diverse sales team

Attract and retain key staff

Good knowledge of the microfinance landscape in Kenya.

Strong sales and customer service skills
