  • Bidii Credit is Kenya’s premier SME and Consumer Lender. To support the growth of our business, we are looking to energetic and results oriented Credit Officers to join our branches in Nairobi CBD, Ngong Road, Embakasi, Rongai, Kitengela, Machakos, Kajiado, Ruiru, Thika, Nyeri and Mombasa.

  • You will join a vibrant company that seeks to change the credit landscape in Kenya.

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new customers

  • Meet individual disbursement and collection targets

  • Provide advisory services to customers on prudent use of credit

  • Continuous customer engagement

    The ideal candidate should:

  • Possess a business degree or diploma

  • Have 1-3 years’ experience in sales

  • Have excellent interpersonal and communications skills

  • Be results oriented with high energy levels
