Biashara Bora Center Business Process Analyst Job in Kenya

Biashara Bora Center is an organization that works with small and medium enterprises to improve management skills.

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst at supervisory level who can undertake the following tasks

Key responsibilities;

Documentation of process information and flow charting

Identifying and analyzing business rules that govern the said processes

Re-designing processes and facilitating stakeholder groups to consensus regarding new business process designs

Testing and managing the execution of the new environment.

Monitoring and measuring effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent delivery of value.

Designing of procedure manuals and training of staff.
The position involves travel.
