Job Description

Betopia Properties is an end-to-end real estate service provider, established in 2017 GC to make tangible contributions to real estate development to advance national economic development efforts in Addis Ababa. The company is competitive in the real estate industry and is especially successful in Addis Ababa’s luxury residential properties and exclusive apartments.

Responsibilities

Sales lead generating through networking and other alternatives

Guide clients through the sales process and close deals

Meet given sales target

Conduct successful office consultation and site visit

Handle client enquiries professionally and maintain strong relationship

Collaborate with other teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction & successful transactions

Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes

Job Requirements

1 to 2 years of sales experience

Excellent negotiation skill

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of local real estate market and trends

Ability to work independently and as a team
