Job Description

Betopia Properties is an end-to-end real estate service provider, established in 2017 GC to make tangible contributions to real estate development to advance national economic development efforts in Addis Ababa.

The company is competitive in the real estate industry and is especially successful in Addis Ababa’s luxury residential properties and exclusive apartments.

Responsibilities

Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy and activities;

Create various digital content formats including websites, blogs, articles, animated explainer videos,

Creating brand awareness using different strategies

Organize promotional events and ensure proper demonstration of the company to acquire prospective customers

Perform market research

Manage an organization's website

Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company

Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities and meeting targeted lead generation plans

Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics

Optimize content for the website and social media platforms

Organize promotional activities for new products/services

Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness and maintain a strong online voice;

Performs other tasks given by the Manager as required.

Job Requirements

2 years’ experience in marketing

Proficiency in digital marketing

Extensive Knowledge of marketing strategies

Strong Time management and Organizational abilities

Knowledge of local real estate market and trends

Ability to work independently and as a team
