Job Description

Bethzatha General Hospital (BGH) is seeking a full-time talented Cashier/Receptionist to join our busy growing team. This is an entry-level position and includes the following duties:

Taking cash from customers

Handling all customer payments and credit transactions

Answering phones and taking service appointments

Reconciling daily balancing and reconciling of cash drawer

Accepting payment on Repair Orders and Pre-owned purchases

Greet customers in a friendly manner and represent the hospital in a professional manner.

Ensures customers receive a high level of service consistent with our customer service philosophy

Job Requirements

Good customer service and communications skill

Ability to multi task and prioritize

Able to work with others and work independently

Professional Appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members

Communicate professionally and patiently

Be on your feet during shift and able to lift at least 30 lbs.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrate leadership abilities

Intermediate computer proficiency

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
