Job Description

  • Ability to manage in a diverse and fast paced environment and focus on customer satisfaction

  • Experience in preparing large quantity food and excellent knowledge of quality food production.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • English communication, written and verbal

  • High volume /upscale restaurant experience is crucial; knowledge of various types of cuisine is beneficial

    Job Requirements

  • BS degree in culinary science or Vocational Diploma or certificate in related field of study.

  • COC (Certification of Occupational Competency) Certificate(Level VI & above) is a must

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same role/ minimum 4 years’ experience as sous chef 4*/5* international hotels chain .

  • HACCP – basic & Food Hygiene – basic

  • Basic - Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of F&B control systems is required
