Job DescriptionAbility to manage in a diverse and fast paced environment and focus on customer satisfaction
Experience in preparing large quantity food and excellent knowledge of quality food production.
Excellent interpersonal skills
English communication, written and verbal
High volume /upscale restaurant experience is crucial; knowledge of various types of cuisine is beneficial
Job Requirements
BS degree in culinary science or Vocational Diploma or certificate in related field of study.
COC (Certification of Occupational Competency) Certificate(Level VI & above) is a must
Minimum 2 years experience in the same role/ minimum 4 years’ experience as sous chef 4*/5* international hotels chain .
HACCP – basic & Food Hygiene – basic
Basic - Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of F&B control systems is required
