Bermuda Hotel Food Server & Waitress Jobs In Kenya


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner therefore delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Greet and serve guests as they approach.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Unpack deliveries and stock bar.
  • Clean bar and table surfaces and empty trash cans as necessary.
  • Communicate with team mates and management.
  • Maintain the hotels standards of service etiquette.

    Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of accepted standards of sanitation.
  • Knowledge of common cuisines, liquor brands and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests other team members.
  • High School or two year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
