Position Summary:

You will prepare financial statements, verify financial records and transactions, analyze cash flow, review budgets and forecasts, oversee audits, and develop paperwork for regulatory reporting. Also be responsible for training new staff and monitoring their work for accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-

Oversee accounts payable and receivable

Manage all accounting transactions,

Prepare financial statements and regulatory reporting documents.

Analyze financial reports

Maintain account balances and bank statements

Assist with audits and taxes

Prepare financial reports for taxes and regulatory agencies.

Check the timely and accurate payment of VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, pension payment, and other legal obligations.

Manage general ledger and assist month-end and year-end close processes

Supervise junior employees, and accounting assistants

Assist the Finance manager in preparing documents and interpreting complicated financial information for managers

Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivables.

Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures, as it deems appropriate.

Any other duty that may be assigned by the relevant authority from time to time.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's

degree in accounting or finance required.

6+ years of accounting experience.

Proficient with Microsoft office suite and accounting Software

Strong financial analysis skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English language proficiency.

Ability to work with little to no supervision.
