Responsibilities:

Manage order processing including SO and PO Creation,

Ensures on time delivery by monitoring order status ; and

Provides update information and answers inquiries of both internal and external customers proactively;

Job Requirements

Experience / Skills:

Degree in Marketing,business management or related;

1-2 years of experience on basic customer service;

Good computer skills, know how to use excel and outlook is a must;

Excellent command of English;

Experience in multinational company is an advantage.
