Job Description

Ensure the timely and proper supply of fuel and lubricants to all projects of BEAEKA.
Plan for such items in collaboration with the user departments of the Company to ensure an optimum and timely supply.

Expediting the procurement processes for such item with the department concerned staff.
Liaise and establish a contract by assessing prime suppliers ensuring the proper quality, fair price and delivery time.

Work closely with partners procurement team to ensure all the procurement of fuel and lubricants are well planned, executed, documented and reported by having a continuous follow up and reports daily.

Maintain and control a proper balance of such item regularly and react accordingly.

Produce control Sheets and working papers to support project staff for having a standard report.

Evaluate and train project fuel men to enable them discharge their duties as per our purpose.

Perform other duties as directed by supervisors

Job Requirements

BA Degree or Diploma graduate in Management or Accounting or Economics or Procurement & Supply Management or Supply Chain management

minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Basic computer application and reporting skill
