Job Summary

This position will monitor the implementation of systems and procedures to improve the performance of health and community workers in TB case finding, diagnosis; case management and contact tracing.

S/he will mainly liaise with District Health Teams and HFs to reduce the TB burden in PLHIV and HIV in TB.

Overall Responsibilities

This position will monitor the implementation of systems and procedures to improve the performance of health and community workers in TB case finding, diagnosis; case management and contact tracing.

S/he will mainly liaise with District Health Teams and HFs to reduce the TB burden in PLHIV and HIV in TB.

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:

A Masters in Public Health with a background M.B.Ch.B degree and registered with the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council

3 years of experience in managing TB/HIV related programs/projects with (2) years relevant working experience preferably in health development at a middle management position, with a reputable international NGO, and direct experience with government and donor representatives

5 Years Relevant Experience

You must have at least a credit 6 in MATHEMATICS and ENGLISH at Ordinary Level (UCE).
