Job Summary

This position will ensure the provision of pediatrics and adolescent HIV health care across the continuum.

Overall Responsibilities

This position will ensure the provision of pediatrics and adolescent HIV health care across the continuum.

It will oversee the provision of appropriate care and services to pediatric and adolescent patients and their families through monitoring the implementation of these services in the supported HFs/districts.

The position will provide quarterly feedback to districts on pediatrics and adolescent HIV/AIDS and develop action plans to improve service delivery and increase access to services for these categories of clients.

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:

MBChB or it’s equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.

Must be registered with Medical and Dental Practitioners Council.

At least two years of relevant work experience in the field of TB and HIV control activities with at least one year in a supervisory role.

Key personal competences in Team management, communication skills, Persuasive and convincing, self-motivated and able to demonstrate high initiative.

Experience in managing performance-driven programs,

managing the change process, facility mentorship, and transition management with a reputable international NGO, and direct experience with government and donor representatives.

2 Years Relevant Experience
