Job Summary

  • The Grants & Contracts Officer (GCO) will support the internal management of the project by monitoring and reporting financial and programmatic performance, will monitor financial activity and external reporting, and will ensure compliance to donor requirements.

    Overall Responsibilities

  • The Grants & Contracts Officer (GCO) will support the internal management of the project by monitoring and reporting financial and programmatic performance, will monitor financial activity and external reporting, and will ensure compliance to donor requirements.

    Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:

  • A degree in accounting or Business studies from a recognized university.

  • Solid working knowledge (practical skills) in budgeting, work plan development, reviewing accountabilities, conducting due diligence etc.

  • 3 years of related experience in management of sub grants with a national or international NGO, and direct experience with government and donor representatives.

  • 3 Years Relevant Experience

  • You must have at least a credit 6 in MATHEMATICS and ENGLISH at Ordinary Level (UCE).
