Job Summary

Support the Prevention Officer in planning, tracking and monitoring the implementation of cluster activity work plans, document implemented activities and outputs using appropriate data tools, and ensure all required reports are submitted and reporting timelines observed.

Overall Responsibilities

Ensure accurate data capture and timely preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

Maintain AGYW dashboards and routinely share with PR, management, and staff to facilitate decision making.

Maintain an up-to-date project database of all activities implemented and outputs.

Ensure availability of updated data capture and reporting tools at the community for effective tracking of services provided to AGYW and other targeted populations.

Support program teams to analyze and interpret data.

Participate in development of weekly, monthly, quarterly work plans.

Monitor and track implementation of project activities and support Prevention officer to develop catch up plans in case of unmet targets.

Ensure quarterly monitoring and support supervision of project activities by the district officials are scheduled, conducted and quality assessment reports provided to SR.

Support the Prevention Officer in implementation of project activities and tracking achievement of targets.

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Statistics or Information Systems with training in Data Management or M&E and any other relevant qualification.

Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access)
