Job DescriptionOur Company Barok Tour and Car Rent engaged in a car rent and tour want competent employees in the job position of Operations Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing the overall activities of the marketing department of the company.
Developing marketing strategy for the company in line with company’s objectives.
Co-coordinating operational activities of the firm in both day to day routines as well as planning a head with other departments.
Taking care of contractual matters of the firm with allies like clients and venders.
Managing and follow up of sales call.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Follow up of collection from clients and make sure the sales department has requested and collected all outstanding sales.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
Diploma or BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administrations, Management or any related field.
Experience:
At least 5 (Five) years experience in Car Rent and Tour company
