Baringo County - Gdu Team Leader Jobs in Kenya

Duties and Responsibilities

Will be in charge of the Secretariat Governor’s Delivery Unit (GDU)

Tracking and reporting on progress of the County key projects and programs;

Coordination of dissemination of public information on the status of the key County projects;

Improving the coordination of County Government flagship projects, monitor, evaluate and report- on timely fulfilment of Governor’s key development priorities;

Identifying challenges band solutions to the problems early and rigorously while keeping the Governor and other stakeholders informed on progress;

Providing a simple monitoring mechanism for key Government priorities and a forum for problem solving by County departments when needed;

Providing clear signal that the Government is holding CECs, Chief Officers and Directors to account for delivering Government priorities.

Qualifications and Experience

Must have a Masters Degree in the relevant area e.g. management.

Experience of at least 10 years.
