Vacancy for Director of Income Generating Units

Applications are invited for the post of Director of Income Generating Units (IGUs) at Baraka Agricultural College.

Director of IGUs’ position is a Senior Middle Level Management position.

Requirements and Outputs

A degree in business management and administration;

At least three years’ experience in business management and administration demonstrated by past experience;

Demonstrated skills and knowledge in human resource management related background evidenced by past experience;

Experience in training environment dealing with adult learners;

Self-motivated team player with good inter-personal and facilitation skills;

Work with minimal supervision;

Computer proficiency;

Liaison with college partners and collaborators for effectiveness in realizing college mission;

Management and administration of IGUs to enable the college become self-sustaining with maximum value for money;

Knowledge in agri-business will be an added advantage.
