Bank of Africa SME Relationship Officer - Nakuru Jobs in Kenya





Responsibility Summary:

  • Develop, maintain and expand SME client portfolio

  • Grow branch fees and commissions through targeted product and service offering to the SME portfolio

  • Proactively manage credit applications to reduce the possibility of NPA.

  • Grow profitability, product penetration and customer satisfaction.

  • Relationship management through customer acquisition and retention in line with the Bank's strategy

  • Market the Bank's services and products to increase business Growth

    Academic & Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, economics, finance or related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in banking operations, SME banking.

  • Strong knowledge of local banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking regulations.

    Skills/Experience Required

  • Proficiency in marketing and selling

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Sound financial management skills and proficiency in analyzing financial data.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.

  • High integrity, professionalism, results driven and proactive approach.
