The role reports to the Head of Human Resource and Administration.
Job Purpose / Summary:
The job holder will be working in liaison with the Head of Human Resources to design sound taff management and Development systems and procedures that ensure that the company attracts and retains skilled and highly motivated personnel capable of delivering the organization’s strategic objectives.
Working closely with the Business, this position is responsible for the organization’s talent management, succession planning, recruitment, workforce planning, change management, employee relations, health and safety, employee data management and provision of on-site support.
