    Purpose Of The Job

    The Technical Manager shall oversee all the operations of the technical department whilst ensuring business growth and development.

    The client distributes bakery and pastry equipment and also offers end to end innovative solutions in food processing and baking

    Key Roles

  • Responding for installing, managing and maintaining bakery systems
  • Sell and install Automatic Voltage Stabilizers
  • Supervise and appraise all the technicians
    Prepare budgets for the department on assignment basis (i.e. cost vs income per assignment)
  • Sourcing for new customers
  • Installation for new customers
  • Following up with existing customers for maintenance and repairs
  • Prepare service schedules and repairs of all machines owned by clients
  • Document and keep a record of all spare parts stocks and movement
  • Allocate/approve all expenses and commissions of all the technicians with the oversight from the finance department
    Compile monthly reports of all clients visited, including income generated from assignments
    Customer relationship management
  • Gather market intelligence in order to address emerging and changing needs and demands of the clients

    Education Experience And Skills

  • A Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Electrical and Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or control and Instrumentation
  • A minimum of 3years experience at as a Technical Sales Manager
  • Experience in Technical sales of Bakery and Pastry Equipment will be an added advantage
    Good customer relations.
  • Good communication and leadership skills
    Business inclined, self-driven and innovative
