Our Client is currently looking to hire a Sales Executive.
They are looking for a vibrant, results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage prospective customers.
The successful candidate will continually develop a list of potental clients and reach out to them in order to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
S/he will be responsible for cold-calling, booking appointments, making presentations and closing sales.
Responsibilities
Continually develop a well-curated list of prospective company customers.
Contact and engage prospective customers in order to understand their needs and propose solutions.
Secure appointments for presentations and product demos with key officers at the prospective client’s organization.
Promote and sell data collection and analysis services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales and revenue targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze market potential, track sales and produce status reports through the company’s CRM.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive
activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements
Good knowledge of data collection and processing with respect to research and M&E.
Proven work experience as a sales representative in a business-to-business context.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to build productive business and professional relationships.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
A degree in statistics, mathematics, informatics, computer science or any related field.
