Essentail Duties and Responsibilities
Supervises, trains, and manages the performance of sales team ensuring proper sales & marketing protocols are being followed. Coaches’ sales associate to assist with closing sales.
Manage the purchase and sales agreements process with all the sales person
Develop, implement and monitor the realtor referral program in order to maximize referral sales
Achieving sales team goal and objective
Sales team staffing, training, Morale and motivation
Ensured high level of customer satisfaction
Timely sales report
Prepare buyer profile, product and market information
Carry out any other tasks as requested by the Marketing and sales division head
Job Requirements
Requirements and Qualification
7 or above years of experience
Out of the 7 years’ experience 3 years managerial experience is essential
BA or above in marketing management or similar relevant field
Experience within the real estate or insurance sector is essential
Proven track record in marketing and sales
Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts.
Enthusiastic, creative and Analytical skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong motivation, leadership and team management’s skills
Exhibits clean and professional appearance and follows dress code standards.
