Purpose of the JobResponsible for leading development and implementation of a scalable Route to Market strategy which meets the service level expectations at an optimized cost.
The role requires building a strategic RTM roadmap with the Distributers.
It will entail building distributer capability and ready for a much larger business through optimum RTM interventions.
The job requires ‘Jumpstarting’ the RTM change for building a sustainable, high growth, profitable business.
The role will require building capability for world class execution and operational marketing.
Main Responsibilities
Lead, align and inspire distributers along New Route To Market strategies that ultimately lead to system-wide growth
To develop the National RTM Plan both in short term and long term and lead processes to assess and develop the organization capability to deliver the RTM Plan.
To coordinate the RTM activities and adjust routes to meet customer needs, improve efficiencies, and analyze and resolve work problem by developing leading edge RTM programs and ensure appropriate controls and reporting are
in place to meet statutory and company requirements.
Ensure smooth wine and Dankira distribution in the Market.
Maximize the sales of Awash Wine SCo. Products through creative and dynamic business development and strong RTM plan.
Organize promotional activities that effectively counter competitive trends establishing distribution standards.
Follow up Dankira and Wine equipment distribution and installation.
Demonstrate exemplary leadership skills by building a collaborative, transparent relationship with our Distributors for enhancing the strength of our system.
Develop consistent policies and processes
across the territories that enable the delivery of efficient national distribution systems.
Job Requirements
BA Or MA in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Business Management, or related Field
Minimum of 5 years related experience
The provision of exceptional customer experience
Leadership capability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent presentations skills, including ability to make formal presentations internally and externally
Sales and marketing skills
