Purpose of the Job To win in On Premise Prestige Accounts
To deliver Company sales, outlet execution standards, brand building activation customer service and accounts receivable objectives.
To agree with Prestige accounts an annual joint business plan to help secure the above.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Focus
Development and implementation of Prestige Accounts (On Trade) strategy
Strength the already exising relationship with the Prestige Account customers
Key Account's strategy are defined, customized on account’s level
Build and align the Joint Business Plan with each Account.
Take full ownership for all sales & brand building executional elements in these Prestige Accounts.
Account’s financial and non-financial objectives are set and communicated to the involved parties
Account's strategy is effectively implemented in the territory
Projects (intelligence, channel and outlet development) are conducted in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager and Brand Managers
Implementation of channel and brand activities are coordinated in the accounts
Account's planning process management
Sales forecast is elaborated and communicated to the relevant parties (ROM, supply chain, Sales teams)
Accounts' action plans are elaborated
External satisfaction feedback from accounts is received and analyzed
Sales execution of POSM is agreed with Trade Marketing Manager
Coordination with Distribution is ensured – Distribution is informed regarding agreed sales plan with customers
Data Management
Accuracy of competitors' activities data collection process is monitored
Implementation of the retail data collection process is ensured
Accounts' relationship Management
Customer complaints are solved
Customer relationship is developed and maintained
Management Focus
Manage sales performance by:
Managing the day-to-day activities of Key Account deliveries
Ensuring that performance is met according to specified sales objectives and criteria (according to CM Sales CSPs)
Taking responsibility for overall Key Accounts sales performance (against set volume targets) and execution of sales standards
Administrative Focus
Consolidated monthly sales report: volume & narrative
Monthly KPI report
Consolidated competitor activity report
Conduct periodic performance reviews with Key Accounts.
Job Requirements
Educational Background, Experience
1. Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, plus a professional qualification in Sales or Marketing.
Language skills:
English, Amharic
2. Experience
High level of planning and organizing competencies
High level of commercial and business understanding
Not less than three (3) years FMCG or Hotel Supervisory experiance or BTB or BTC experience.
Strong Track record delivering Luxury customer experiences.
