Purpose of the Job

To perform sales, sales execution and sales administration activities in a specific geographic area of Addis Ababa

Main Responsibilities

Functional focus:

Ensure Assigned distributor achieves sales objectives against set volume targets, as specified by sales management

Build customer relationships to ensure volume growth and customer retention,

Execute in-outlet

merchandizing standards,

Generate pre orders from the given territory & outlets,
conduct surveys as required price, customer service…

Check OSA on shelf availability and SOS Share of shelf,

When needed follow and amend the RTM,

Execute activation’s in a given outlets.

Administrative focus:

Follow pre-determined sales routes as per scheduled route plan

Record sales call information in hand held terminal, as per prescribed standards

Record execution information in hand held terminal, as per prescribed standards

Maintain merchandising asset database for outlets in relevant sales area

Maintain outlet master database for outlets in relevant sales are

Timeously compile and submit prescribed reporting inputs and outputs to management and staff

Others

Perform other activities as instructed by the line manager

Job Requirements

Educational Background, Experience

Education

BA Degree in Marketing Managment, Business Managment, Economics, Business Adminstration or related field

only 2019 graduates with a cumilative GPA of 3.00 and above

Language skills:

English, Amharic
