Overview of the Position

Our client Teule School, who is in the education industry is seeking to recruit a competent candidate responsible for the overall leadership and management of learning at Teule Schools.

The School currently has Kindergarten to Grade 5.

The Overall Responsibility of the position shall include but not limited to Leadership and Management, Curriculum implementation and Learning Management as well as administrative Management.

Key Performance Indicators

Effective management of teaching and non-teaching staff.

Tangible educational & academic Excellence.

Effective & relevant school policies

Digitalization of academic processes and procedures.

Relevant Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Education or any other relevant degree.

Certificate or Diploma in Education Management is an added advantage

Good standing with the Teacher Service Commission (TSC)and a TSC Number

A minimum of 3 years experience as a Principal in a reputable institution of Learning.

Computer literate with experience in e-learning techniques being an added advantage

Vast knowledge of learning techniques & approaches.

To have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide support to other teachers

Excellent leadership Skills & self-drive.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
