Job Responsibilities

Plan and direct day-to-day operation of the sales & marketing function to ensure maximum revenue & profitability and provide potential and existing clients with the highest level of sales service.

Ensure that the look and feel of all channels are best in class and a point of reference at all times

Ensure that customer interactions are deeply satisfying across all channels

Ensure that the Stores Managers and Corporate Sales Manager maintain, run and deliver outstanding services to all customers

Ensure that the merchandizing of the Physical Stores and Digital Channels are optimal

Actively work with the Operations Team to ensure optimal Product Bouquet availability and Inventory Distribution

Ensure that shrinkages and losses are kept below the company’s target

Work with the Store Managers and Corporate Sales Manager to ensure that the company achieves or exceeds its Sales Target

Develop, roll out and maintain world-class Customer Service practices for the organization

Ensure the effective use of technology to enhance company operations and results

Set-up a robust and seamless communication channel within the department

and across all stores and channels

Requirements

4+ years of experience working as a Sales Manager, Store Manager, Sales Coordinator

Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

Previous experience successfully managing a large team.

Passion for sales and good relationship management skills.

Strong negotiation skills

Salary budget: ₦200,000
