Job Description

Integration:

  • Consolidate business plans. budgets and accomplishments.

  • Integrate plans of all corporate and companies into one corporate business plan.

  • Plays an advisory and supportive role in the coordination of all companies.

    Monitoring:

  • Monitor and evaluate company performance based on agreed business plan, suggest improvements.

  • Follow through of control systems of operations such as quality control, inventory control, cost control and efficient resource allocation of companies.

    Coordination/Harmonization:

  • Facilitate relations of all companies

  • Enhance and recommend for possible synergy between individual companies based on findings

  • Develop systems or ways of strengthening and achieving corporate objectives through integrated and smooth relationship among companies and companies with the HQ.

    In Collaboration with Concerned Departments Design And Install:

  • Participate in planning and approval process, productivity and quality improvement process.

  • Continuously upgrade staffs

  • Evaluate the
    performance of management groups of companies and recommend for all possible changes and any other action.

    Job Requirements

    Education:

  • At least a first degree in related business fields.

    Experience:

  • 12 years experience of being a management member.
