Qualification:

BCom: IT/ Information System

Start Date: 1 January 2023

Location: CPT

Requirements

Manage helpdesk calls and participate in mini projects/ initiatives in Refinery IT function to deliver an expected outcome and objective.

Skills acquired include but not limited to team work, Internal/ External Conflict Management, Problem Solving, Risk Analysis.

Critically Review, Assess and Validate the requirements of compliance controls in the IT Department to determine efficacy.

Skills acquired Research analysis, Validation and Verification methodologies, Verbal and Literacy Communication skills

Manage/ Facilitate various meeting forums to enhance skills associated with stakeholder engagement, facilitation, planning and time management to name a few.
